Pf & Esic - Pf Esic [Thread 439118]

Hi,
I am New HR in my current company and I came to know that my company has not submitted PF & ESIC for last 8-9 months. kindly advise me how can I submit it ASAP.

Please talk to principle employer and explain what are the consequences need to be be face if not paying esic and pf contribution. do have consultant for this if you have ask them how to close these issue ASAP?
if not do you know how to upload the employees details in esic and portal?

Even now you shall submit for ESI & PF. But only thing is you should pay the interest for that period. Now filing of Both ESI & PF are easy. Everything you should submit online itself.

Thanks to both of you for reply. I am a bit worried about ESIC coz its last date is Nov 11 hwo much I know. And I am new to the HR field I am facing difficulty. I had a word with my employer and told him we have to pay interest also but what will be next step. I have gone through web site epfinda and also seen online submission but not getting how to submit...
And also hlep me know if a employee now dont want to continue in Dec of PF how can I do that. One more case I am facing: Son of an late ex-employee wants to claim his father's PF. how to proceed on that matter
