Use VLOOKUP formula. by using VLOOKUP formula we need not to enter wages per each person.

Guys thank you so much for your response, I have uploaded the entire data in CSV Format. now the problem is that I am not able to make form 12 A. I am also not clear with the concept of 12 A , Previous months members new Members joined and Members left is not getting tallied.

Dear Mr.Ronnie Please follow the steps as given by mr.Starlet and upload the text file. After uploading a challan will be generated with trn no.You can take printout and make payment. The details of contribution, new members detail and exiting members details can be download. You need not prepare Form 12A, 5 & 10.
