Creating Hr Manual And Employee Handbook - DOC Download

Dear all,
I have to create an HR manual and employee handbook for my company...would request the seniors to please guide me in this regard.
I basically want to understand what are the basic components of an HR manual and employee handbook...and how elaborative should these be...please help me....if anyone can share a sample hr manual and employee handbook with me i shall be highly grateful. :)

I am now a Hr staffin a medical company and just started my work for 2 months. I found that there is no hrmanual in my company or it lost. So could you please sent me some sample and let let me know the mail requirement for a hr manual
