Project Deliverables And Assumptions

Hello everyone
I am preparing a project for a project on new employee orientation. Can anyone tell me what could be the assumptions and project deliverable for that ? I have a bit of idea. But I am confused. Please give me some examples on the same.

I think the deliverables could be the project charter, project plan, performance report etc.
I am really confused that what actually should be in the deliverables.
