The roles and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Collecting the manpower requisition form from the functional heads/HR Manager.
2. Preparation of a skill matrix.
3. Sourcing candidates internally or externally.
4. Sourcing the candidates either from the existing database or an external source.
5. Maintaining the candidates' database.
6. Screening/shortlisting candidates for interviews.
7. Scheduling interviews in a preferred location.
8. Following up with the candidates to attend the interview on the scheduled date, time, and venue.
9. Conducting the interview process.
