How Does Loss of Pay Impact TDS Deductions in a Start-up Setting?

Hi All, As our company is a start-up, we don't have any benefits like PF and ESI. However, we have started TDS deductions from last month.

Question on TDS Deductions and Loss of Pay (LOP)

My question is, does Loss of Pay (LOP) affect the TDS deductions? If yes, how much do we have to deduct from the salary?
