Standard for Leave Entitlement During Unpaid Leave
What should be the standard for leave entitlement during unpaid leave? For example, is an employee entitled to, say, 2 earned leaves each month?
1. Now, when an employee is on leave for the complete month, would they still be entitled to the 2 leaves?
2. Also, what should be the minimum number of working days for an employee to earn the monthly earned leaves?
3. Can similar rules be applicable in the month of joining and relieving?
