Confused About HR Document Formats in IT? How Do CMM 3 and CMM 5 Help?

Hi All, I have started my career in an HR Generalist profile and have a few confusions about the formats to be used in an IT company. I got to know that I can get all documents through CMM 3 and CMM 5. I understand what exactly CMM is, but how can we find formats through CMM 3 and CMM 5 for leave and other HR forms? Please do help me out.

I would need the following documents in specific formats: leave card format, attendance sheet soft copy, warning letter, appreciation letter, appointment letter, and employee bond. I would be grateful if you could assist me with the above-mentioned documents as I need to update the documentation used by my current company.

In addition to this, I suggest that you search for information for the future on Cite HR. Please go to the top, click on Research, and then enter the keywords you want to search for. For example, if you are looking for an Exit Interview Format, simply type "Exit Interview format" and hit Enter.

You will find a variety of options. Therefore, in the future, please try this method first and then submit your query if the issue persists.
