Latest Update PF Withdrawal

Dear All,
Can any body clarify as of know pf has become online we are uploading details of exit employee and joining employees online , there is no form 5 and form 10.
My question is what are the documents to be enclosed with PF withdrawal from employer end.
Please clarify on this.

As usual you should submit Form 3A, Form 10C & Form 19 Along with copy of ECR return for Form 5 & 10

Thanks for the info, my dout is in ECR Return documents all employee's contribution will also be there so we have to enclose the complete ECR return document or only exit employee details and New joinee details as i t will be in Part b and Part c.

Hi Pourna
If the total employment strength is less then everything will be in single sheet. In that case you shall include full sheet. Else you shall enclose only the last page which displays Pard B & Part C. As of now there is no any clear instructions regarding that. As everything made online I feel it is not required. But it is better to enclose those. Later PF personals should not delay the process coz of this reason. :)

I have query regarding PF.if a employee was having pf deduction in a earlier company but has filled a pf withdraw form and in current company his basic is above 6500 can he opt out from pf.can he be evaded from pf???
