Should Probationary Members Affect Project Head Incentives? Seeking Your Advice

Dear Seniors, I request your help. We have an Incentive Structure in which the Project Heads are paid 1.5% of the incentives earned by their team. For example, in a team with 5 members, the total amount earned is divided by 5 and multiplied by 1.5%.

Query: Inclusion of Probationary Members

My query is: should we include probationary members in the calculation of the Project Head Incentive?

If the probationary employees are also eligible for incentives, you can include them for the head position as well.
