Termination for Misconduct: Should It Be Immediate After Three Warnings?

Termination Policy for Misconduct or Misbehavior

Is it correct to include in our HR Manual that any employee will be terminated for misconduct or misbehavior without a notice period? After three warnings, termination can be immediate. Kindly confirm.

I agree with Mr. Amit regarding employees under the probationary period. In the case of confirmed employees, it also depends upon the clauses mentioned in the appointment letter of the employee.
