Salary Structure and Annual Leave in Private Companies: What Should I Expect?

I work in a private limited company. There are 400 employees in that company, and I want to know what the salary structure should be there. I also want to know about the annual leave for employees in detail. Please help me.

- Basic + HRA + DA/VDA + transport allowance = Gross per month
- Gross per month * 12 = Gross per annum
- To be added:
- PF contribution from the employer's end
- Arrears if any
- Ex gratia / annually
- To be deducted:
- PF deduction
- Labor welfare fund
