Can we have an in house trainer for conducting Fire, first aid & evacuation training? If so what should be his qualification/certification? How many trainings per year as per factories act?
Bhardwaj Ramesh

Hi,
Factory Act has not specified any training indicator. For example training / man / year.
The qualification of a Trainer can be his communication skills, his experience. etc.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
