In-House Trainer for Fire, First Aid, and Evacuation Training

Can we have an in-house trainer for conducting fire, first aid, and evacuation training? If so, what should be their qualifications or certifications? How many training sessions per year are required as per the Factories Act?

Hi, the Factory Act does not specify any training indicators, for example, training per man per year. The qualification of a trainer can be based on their communication skills, experience, etc.
