Display Notice Board Requirements at the Factory Gate

This question is related to the Maharashtra area. There is an observation by Factory Inspectors regarding the Display Notice Board at the Factory Gate, displaying the Abstract of the Factory Act - 1948 and Maharashtra Factories Rules 1963 in Form 26.

I have a copy of the Abstract of the Factory Act, which is different and much lengthier for displaying on the board at the Factory gate. Additionally, I am unable to find the content of the Maharashtra Factories Rules 1963 in Form 26 for display purposes.

I need your sincere help to understand the contents that need to be displayed on the Display board at the Factory Gate. Please also update me on any other display boards that need to be placed at the Factory Gate apart from the Abstract of the Factory Act.

In addition to the abstract of the factory rules, you also need to display the abstract of the Payment of Gratuity Rules and the Industrial Employment Standing Orders abstract as well.

If any team member has the Form No. 16 format (Notice of Period of Work) and Maharashtra Factories Rules 1963 in Form 26, please share the same. I am unable to find the correct details as it is a mandatory requirement, and I am unable to proceed further.

Please send the copy of the Abstract of the Factory Act, Andhra Pradesh, for display on the board at the Factory gate. Additionally, I am unable to find the content of the Andhra Pradesh Factories Rules in Form 26 for display purposes. I need your sincere help to understand the contents that need to be displayed on the display board at the Factory Gate.

Kindly update me about other display boards that are required to be placed at the Factory Gate, apart from the abstract of the Factory Act.
