Appointment Letter & Statutory Payment To Houskeeping Employee

Dear Members,
Many greetings for the day!
Wish to have format for issuing appointment letter to a housekeeping employee and wants to know the statutory/mandatory benefits required to pay to him/she.
There is only one employee employed in the company, till date he is on contract now the management wish to take him/her on payroll.
Requesting to provide statutory requirements, mandatory payment and other details.

You to have to give him all the benefits what all other employees of your organisation are getting when you take him on rolls. The date of appointment would be his date of absorption.
But before you take him on rolls, ask him to resign from the rolls of the contractor. Ask the contractor to pay him all the statutory benefits like salary, bonus, gratuity etc. Ask the contractor to issue him an experience letter (the draft of the same is available in contract labour act).
