How Do I Draft an MOU for Employee Training Abroad to Protect My Company?

Hey guys, can someone oblige me with a draft of an MOU between an employer and an employee? My company is sending a staff member to the US for schooling for 2 years, and we need to put a reasonable bond in place to ensure that the company is protected. As the HR person on the ground, I have been asked to come up with a draft format.
