Walking is called a stress burster.... and of course will follow...
IN this daily busy schedule, I would request you all to help yourselves instead of taking somebody's help..
Like for example,
1. Give print and walk till the printer to collect your paper instead of expecting and telling somebody to hand you over the paper. Donot get stuck into your seats and laziness will take you over..
2. At homes, keep off your remotes of your TV aside.. walk till the TV from your sofa and change the channels manually if possible..instead of sitting on the sofa for a long time...
Get back to your old times.. and keep the current technology aside atleast for sometime to help yourself and to help your health...
