Hi all, I wish to know about the percentage of the share contributed towards an employee's PF account by an employer. From my salary, 12% of Basic is debited towards the PF account. Thanks in advance.

It is 12% of your basic salary paid by the employer, plus additional administration charges imposed on the employer. For more details, please utilize the search option on this site to access comprehensive information.

Hi Singaporean, both the employee and employer have to contribute equally to the employee's PF. Also, administrative charges of 0.5% will be included. If you earn more than Rs. 6500 as basic pay, they will not deduct the PF amount. If you wish, you can contribute, but it should not exceed Rs. 780.

Regards.
