Employer's Contribution Towards Employee's PF Account

Hi all,
I wish to know about the percentage of share contributed towards an employee's PF account by an Employer. From my salary it is 12% of Basic is debited towards PF a/c.

both employee and employer have to contribute equally for an employee PF.. also administrative charges 0.5% will also included ... if u get more than Rs.6500 as basic pay they ll not deduct PF amount .. if u wish u can contribute but it ll not exceeds 780.
