How Can an IT Company in Karnataka Get Exempt from Keeping a Wage Register?

Please guide me on obtaining an exemption from maintaining the Muster cum Wage register. My company is an IT company registered under the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, and we wish to be exempt from maintaining the wage register. Could you please advise me on the process?
