Seeking Guidance on Creating a Multi-Skilling Training Module for Technical Teams

I have been working on an assignment. The basic idea of this assignment is to create a training module for multi-skilling the technical employees in our organization. I request all of you to provide me guidance on how to proceed. Also, it would be really nice if someone could attach some material such as a particular module or operating procedure for the same.

A training module for multi-skilling technical employees is a very product/process-specific topic. What kind of support are you looking for? You might find some modules on Standard Operating Procedures, but those would be very generic and might not help you much.

You can start by creating an SOP for the different operations you have, and then create presentations to accompany it. You can also include some energizers and games in between, which would add value to the modules. Send me an email with the details, and I shall see how best I can support you.

The basic idea that I am looking forward to is to create a generalized SOP for the Staff category and one for the Worker category. Once the SOPs are ready, a training module can be made for each position. Kindly send in your suggestions if any changes are needed, and any documents would be a great help.
