Struggling to Get a Work Experience Certificate from a Past Contractor – What Are My Options?

I worked at Udaipur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sang Ltd, Udaipur (SARAS Milk Plant), under M/s Prahari Detective Company, Jaipur, on a labor contract basis. Now, I am still working at Udaipur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sang Ltd, Udaipur (SARAS Milk Plant) under another contractor because the first contractor's contract period has expired.

Request for Work Experience Certificate

I would like to request a Work Experience Certificate from M/s Prahari Detective Company, Jaipur. However, the company has refused to provide me with the certificate without giving any reason. How can I obtain a Work Experience Certificate? Is there a legal procedure to acquire it, such as approaching the Labor Court? Please advise me.

If you have worked under the contractor, then the contractor is supposed to provide you with a work experience certificate. If their contract has ended with the company, as professionals, they should still provide an experience certificate.
