Work Experience Certificate

Sir,
I am worked in Udaipur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sang Ltd, Udaiur (SARAS Milk Plant), under M/s Prahari Detective Company, Jaipur on a labor contract base, Now im steel working Udaipur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sang Ltd, Udaiur (SARAS Milk Plant) under a other Contractor. because fist contractor contract period expire. than I want to Work Experience Certificate from M/s Prahari Detective Company, Jaipur, but that company refuse me to give certificate without any answer . than how to i find a Work Experience Certificate, any legal prosier to find Work Experience Certificate, Can i go to Labor Court ? pls. suggest me.

Dear Mr. Ranawat,
If You have worked under the contractor, then contractor suppose to give you work experience certificate. and thier contract is also over with the company then as a professionals they should have to provide experience certifacate.
