Are ESI and Gratuity Act Benefits Applicable to Employees in Kenya and Uganda?

I am working in a Limited company. Our company has engaged field personnel in Kenya and Uganda. Whether the ESI and Gratuity Act will be applicable to those employees? We are paying salaries to them directly into their bank accounts in their countries through a transfer. Requesting all of you to kindly guide me in this regard.

If the employees are deputed in Canada and Uganda, and if those employees are on the payroll of your company in India, then as per my knowledge, ESIC will be applicable.
