As per the Factories Act, there are over 60 schedules. According to the schedule, the Government decides on the General Order (GO) and Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA).

The latest AP Minimum wages have not been published in the official gazette by the Government of Andhra Pradesh yet; it will take some time. In the meantime, you may follow the rates from Apr-12 to Sep-12, and later you may be required to pay with arrears.
