Importance Of FIRO-B

Dear All Member,
Recently I have come to know about FIRO-B and its usage. I know it is not a new Tool for employee assessment regarding his interpersonal skills and behavior, but I want to know regarding importance and employees actually feels satisfied with the results.
As I am a consultant, I also want to know the best institute who can provide the certification in FIRO-B.
Is it rational to give time to learn this tool or can anyone suggest me a better tool than this for employees' behavioral and interpersonal assessment.

The best training institute for FIRO-B, as far as my knowledge is ANAHAT.(anahat(dot)in). They are the representative of CPP's products in India.

Thanks a lot Mr. Mohan. I already surfed their website, but their fee structure is high but its not important. what i really want to know it that its applicability. where it is used whether in small scale, medium scale or large scale organization?
