Charge Sheet Issued With Wrong Clauses Can Be Modified And Issue Fresh Charge Sheet

One employees was given charge sheet with some clauses which are applies for another category employees.
In this case can it be replaced with other charge sheet with correct clauses in place of old one even after given explanation.
The correct clauses are not known to the employee also.
