I have been working for for a Training company since may . Company\'s head office is in Newdelhi . The company opened it centre at Patna. I was appointed as English language Trainer.The company had given me a contract letter signed by the director. Due to some dispute between the company and the caretaker and investor of patna centre , company has closed her center ( i.e in Patna) . My last working day was 20th october 2012.The company gave me 20days notice by sending me a e-mail.Company hasn\'t given me salary for the month of september and 20days of Octber. My salary credit date is 20th of every month. I have been sending e-mail to my director and hr but not getting any proper reply.Ideally I should have received salary till 20th of october .Please guide what t do.
