How Do I Calculate Monthly KPIs for Absenteeism, Labor Turnover, and Accidents?

Please tell me how to find out absenteeism, labor turnover, and accident reports for monthly KPI. I heard that there is a formula to calculate these. Please let me know if you all can.

ABSENTEEISM = Total days lost / total possible days worked * 100

MEASUREMENT OF LABOUR TURNOVER:
1. Separation method:
Labour turnover = No. of separations during the period / average no. of workers during the same period * 100

2. Replacement method:
Labour turnover = No. of replacements during the period / avg. no. of workers during the same period * 100

3. Flux method:
Labour turnover = No. of separations + no. of replacements / avg. no. of workers during the same period * 100
