Hi Pramod,
As you have already checked about the organization and know it is not good then why join it. Also remember if you give your original documents then you will not be able to apply for other opening. I know the market is not good but you don't have to jump from the well to the ocean.
Pramod the private sector the market is bad, but you could try in the government sector as there are several opening in the bank's and central govt. sector, it may not be in HR but the job and salary is also good. You could go through the naukri and Monster site for such jobs. Most of the people have a wrong notion the government jobs are boring, but it is not true, in case if you are not happy then you could always try in the private sector.
All the best.
Regards

Dear Pramod,
Your desperation to get a job being a fresher is understandable but why would you want to put your career at risk by joining a company which you know is not in order for your future. Submitting original certificates should not be an issue as many MNC's & Private organization has such clause, specially for fresher as they tend to hop jobs now & then. This is just to ensure the stability but again that too is at your discretion.
Irrespective of how do you say that this company is fraud, It is better to wait for the best in stored for you rather then jumping for the one in front of you.

Hiral

Dear Mr. Pramod. P,
Have you realized that you have read something about a company in some XYZ webite. You're even unsure this could have been a source of defamation site. Well, we always think that its not our job to know what's RIGHT or WRONG.
You are a fresher and would be in a bizzared situation to deal on. Let me ask you,
- Have you received the offer letter from their orgnization?
- In which way have they given you the letter by hand in hand or by post or even by email?
If they've provided to you by email, reply the same witha note of thanks and request them for a hard copy originally signed by the concerned and the HR along with their mobile and telephone numbers.
[Editted: You will have a physical evidence with you by doing same and you may know how they deal if they deny to provide any physical documentation.]
P.S: By doing some ground work, you could also find a fine tatctic to approach and get the required info. The more you panic, you can never expect things to go your way.

Dont take chance in handing over original certificates. If you are hundred percent sure that the company is a fraud one, why take chance ? Continue your search and you will find a better reliable job. For entry levels, money should not be a criteria but entry itself is important. You can visit the office and see the situation yourself.

Dear Pramod,
Original Documents needs to be submitted for the sake of retention in many companies. But Pls work on getting the correct information about the company, its policies, its repute in the industry. If You feel that the company is safe in all the ways then only you can decide to go ahead, else world is still too big to try for better opportunities. You can also offer indemnity clause on services retention instead of original documents.Suggest you to open up with employers and you will learn more.
Thanks
Bijay
