I, am Rahul Mehrotra i am persuing in PGDM. right now
i am doing a research in stress on management this is the project of my subject
(ORGB).

Dear Rahul,
You are better off using a web-based questionnaire to improve the response rate.
More importantly, a critical comment on your questionnaire. We expected our undergraduate students to use better scales than the ones that you have used to complete their projects.
What are you trying to achive by posing such questions to CiteHR members? Have you got any hypotheses for your study? What are the aim and objectives of your study? Have you done any literature search to find out what others have done on your topic, how and why that way, to justify your approach? Has your tutor guide approved the use of your questionnaire?

Actually this is the first time that i am doing research on any subject. i had not done any research at ever before...
but i take all your suggestions & i will try to remove my mistakes..
