How Many Sick Leaves Can Be Accumulated Throughout The Service?

Hello my dear Seniors,
Here I have a doubt I hope you can help me out to make me free from this confusion.
How many SLs can be accumulated throgh out the service of an Employee According to the Indian Law.

As per Shop's and Establishment Acts unutilised Sick Leaves elapses by the end of the year.

In normal cases SLs are not not accumulated for further years. It is expired if not utilised in that calendar year

In pvt organisations, it is based on the companies leave policy. In our org, we are allowed to accumulate SLs upto 300 days. They encash the unutilised SLs at the time of retirement.
