Revised Central Minimum Wage Notification W.e.f 01-Oct-2012

Dear Mr. Neer,
You are requested to visit at "http://www.paycheck.in/main/salary/minimumwages/central-sphere" wherein you will find that the figures in my attached file is correct as with the last notification of central sphere minimum wages wef 1st April 2012.
Please note that central sphere minimum wages includes mining industry also.

I would like to mention here that paycheck.com is a private site while i had collect this circular from the office of CLC (Central) & also like to tell you that MW w.e.f. which you are referring has been published on Labour & Employment dept of govt. of India's official website on 7th Apr'2012. (Clear copy of the same attached for your perusal.)
If you have latest MW circular w.e.f 01-Oct-2012 then share.
I also request you to please clarify on what basis you are saying that MW circular posted by me belongs to delhi instead on central.
Pl do not deviate from topic & clarify my query.

Already I have posted the file as attached by you now. Your posted minimum wages file which effective from 1st October 2012 is not showing the wages of workers those are working in under ground mines. I am working in mining industry so I have clear idea about the wages of mining employees. There are two categories of employees working in mine i.e. above mine and under mine. Their wages are different for each level of unskilled, semi skilled, skilled & highly skilled workers for above ground and underround.
Minimum wages are different in mining industry. Your posted file is not covered the employees working in underground Mine.
