The Human Aspect of Minimum Wages in Security Professions
I find it interesting that most HR professionals tend to adhere to paying "Minimum Wages," particularly to Security Guards and Supervisors, often overlooking the human aspect of their job versus their aspirations. As a point of reference, I have attached a presentation that I gave at the Annual Seminar of the "International Institute of Security and Safety Management." It is not surprising that "Security" is the least preferred profession in India.
