Good PPT. The key to all management is people management, and this data helps in understanding people (and ourselves) better. Knowing why others behave as they do and differently from us is the key.
Very good, because nowadays we are also using PPI tests (Profile Performance Indicator), and it could give us a deep idea about our employees' profile characteristics.
