Balancing Salary and Job Title: Which Should Take Priority in Recruitment?

I would like to know a solution to a problem that I am facing during the recruitment process. We have a salary structure and experience level criteria based on which a new employee is positioned. However, sometimes we encounter a discrepancy between the salary and the appropriate hierarchical level for the individual. In such cases, what should be considered more, the salary or the job title/designation?

Typically, when you have to consider all aspects to make an estimate, it may not be entirely different to think about how candidates review their educational background. Compare the candidate's credentials to those of other employees working in an equivalent or similar position. Keep in mind that other employees in that position may have held it for some time, which can be an important factor in their current salary status.

Contemporary employees usually earn less than veteran employees who hold the same position, although exceptional experience can alter this. Allow room for employees to progress within their designated pay scale. The employee's salary should be determined prominently as it should be the primary factor.

When experience is a factor in hiring, salary is directly correlated with education and knowledge.
