Minimum wages are notified periodically by every government. Should companies revise salaries frequently as per minimum wage notifications? What about if a company has employees in multiple states?

Please find attached the Revised Minimum Wages effective from 01/10/2012 to 31/03/2012. This document contains detailed information covering all industries. However, I have not been able to locate the original notification from the Labor Department.
