New to HR? How Do I Break Down a Salary of 21,000 In-Hand with a 2.7 CTC?

Hi Folks, it's urgent. I need a salary breakup for 21,000 in hand and CTC 2.7. I am new in HR, please help me.

Assume Gross: 21,850;
Basic: 5,463 @ 25% on Gross
HRA: 5,463 @ 25% on Gross
Special Allowance: 5,462
Other Allowance: 5,007
Bonus: 455

PF Employee Contribution: 656 + PT 200 = 856 Total Deductions.
Net Payable: Gross - Deductions: 21,850 - 856 = 20,994.
PF Employer Contribution: 743 @ 13.61% on Basic.
CTC: 21,850 + 743 = 22,593, i.e., 22,593 * 12 = 271,116.
