Dear all,
My name is Sharmila Yadav, and I have been working in the Education Sector for the last 11 months as a Manager-HR in our organization. Every employee is entitled to 10 CL, 5 SL, and 22 EL {LEAVE}. During my tenure, I did not take a single leave. Now, I am resigning from my position, and I have already given a prior notice of three months as per the rules. Due to some personal reasons, I took a leave of 2 days. However, when I received my salary, I discovered that these leaves were considered as leave without pay.
I would like to know if there is a procedure in the HR rules stating that if an employee is in the notice period, all the leaves taken would be considered as leave without pay.
I appreciate your suggestions.
