Attendance Sheet In Excel Format - Xls Download

Dear Senior and all the Members of CiteHr,
Every month I have to prepare the staff attendance of my staff employees,who are appointed on different sites and i face lots of problems to compile the attendance in one excel sheet and It is also difficult to trace the payable days,absent, compensate, Paid Holiday & weekly off details on the excel sheet.
I would request you all to please suggest or advice me on how to prepare the attendance without committing any errors.

Hi Sujata
Prepare the attendance and send it to concerned site Managers to acknowledge. You will prepare the report based on the attendance sent by unit managers/site managers.
Cross check the attendance with hard copy of the Attendance this you need to get from site either xerox or scan copy.
Always you maynot do mistakes your unit/site managers may also send wrong attendance.
Please find the attached attendance which may help you. Everything is formulated you just need to enter P/O/CL/SL/PL/CO/HA.

Dear Sujata,
There is all the more simple way to it if you can ask your management to approve a budget for it. You can go online with the use of software. This will reduce your manual work to great extent and moreover reduce the chances of error. Also, it will be simple to track the employees deputed on site.

I have gone through the attachment but in case if any one can take half leave then how do i put half day as half day abbreviation is not there
