How Can We Make Our Monthly RnR Program More Exciting and Engaging for Everyone?

Hi all, Ours is an international outbound BPO with 100 employees. We have a monthly RnR program, and I am organizing it every month by giving out certificates and gifts to the best performers in all the campaigns. Now, my manager is asking me to introduce something new in that. I thought of letting the performers speak about their experiences and share their happiness.

Suggestions for Enhancing the RnR Program

Can anybody suggest something other than this? Seniors, please suggest?

You can have the R&R program on the first Saturday of every month (if it's a 5-day working week, then you can schedule it on the first Friday of every month). You can introduce the following awards:

1. Mr. Perfect / Ms. Perfect (based on grooming standards).
2. Best Employee of the Month.
3. Best Employee Service Appreciated by Client/Customer.
4. Best Team.

Along with this, you can have a birthday celebration for all the employees born in that month. You can ask all the new joiners (from the previous month) to introduce themselves and greet them with a welcome kit in the organization. This increases employee morale and bonding.

In a quarter, you can have cultural activities engaging all employees. Both individual and group games should be conducted. Conduct a food fest, Rangoli, fashion show, etc.

Annual awards can also be given to employees/teams who have performed well.
