Rejection Of Form 19 For Pf Withdrawal

ranjeet1962
Hi,
My previous employer was not willing to sign form 19 as I had joined his compitetor. Hence, I filled up both forms 19 and 10C and submitted to kandivilli pf office along with a complaint letter stating the above para about my ex-employer not willing to sign. After keeping my form 19 for about 3 months I have received a rejection letter with the Innitiator\'s remark as \"Double C pass\" and other reason as \"Authorized sign attested on Form\"
Please can anyone guide me what to do next?
Thanks,

Dear Ranjit,
You should attach the affidavit from notary stating that you have no dues, from notary, and also mention your joining date and leaving date in it.
also get yor form attested by some gazetted officer, and bank copy attested by bank.
than submit your form in pf office.

Hi,
Thank you for your prompt response.
Please can you clarify the following points from your reply:
1. By affidavit do you mean Idemnity bond wherein I will state that I have not withdrawn my PF amount till date and indemnity for PF office?
2. Regarding second point, do I need attestation from gazetted officer and also by my bank manager as I will be re-submitting only one copy of Form 19 & 10C.
Also, do you know of a similar case which has been sucessful after following the above procedure?
Thanks a million again,
Regards,

your photocopy of passbook is to be attested by bank.
and affidavit means to state from notary that you was working in that organisation, and without any reason your employer is refusing to attest your pf form and your joining and leaving date should be mentioned in it.
more you can do is you can have suggestion from pf office.

You may raise a complaint with the concerned Regional Provident Fund Commissioner that your old employer is not signing your form. Follow it up with a reminder, if no action is taken. It is their duty to get it signed by the employer..
