Is Starting as the Only HR in a Small Company a Good Career Move for Bigger Opportunities?

Hi all, I am currently working in a small-scale company with 100 employees. I have a Generalist HR profile, and I am the only HR in the company. I am a fresher. Can anyone give me insight on whether the experience will count? If yes, how much experience is good enough for me to get a good position in a bigger company with at least 500 employees? What is the advantage of working in a small-scale company at the start?
