Understanding ESI: How to Handle MRE Requests and Change Contributions Between IPs

Dear All,

1. Can anyone tell me what MRE is with reference to ESI? The ESI authorities are requesting us to submit MRE for one of our staff.

2. What needs to be done for a change of dispensary in ESI?

3. If a person already has a Biometric card and the company is contributing their amount to another IP number, what needs to be done to change the entire funds of contribution to one IP?

Please guide me on this matter.
