Dear all, I am in urgent need of a pre-employment pregnancy test policy that is required to demonstrate that females are not discriminated against based on sex identity. Kindly assist me as soon as possible.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Actually, I need this policy to specifically address women, ensuring that we do not conduct any pre-employment pregnancy tests. If a pregnancy is disclosed in a medical test, we do not discriminate against women in employment on this ground. Kindly suggest how to formulate this policy.
