Hi Friends,
I have been handling hr generalist role for last three years in a very small organization and my responsibilities includes recruitment,induction,training,employee engagement activities,taking care of statutory activities,payroll,designing compensation and benefits,performance management,etc.I am the only Hr in the organization.I have joined this organization as a fresher and have implemented many processes but I feel it's time for me to move on since it's a very small organization(an entrepreneurial set up) run by husband and wife hence it has its own limitations and I know I cannot learn further,I feel my growth has come to a halt. Now the question is what should I do next?
a)Can I get a Hr generalist role in MNC or a big set up with 200 to 300 employees without any certification like SAP or ERP etc as I don't have one?
b)I am interested in training and development but I am not sure of taking it as my specialization because I feel there is very limited requirement for trainers in corporate,most of the trainer's job are contract based
c)Can I get contact details of any consultant who can help me in giving the right focus?
Friends, I am in deep confusion please help me in this regard , I want to take the right step and your suggestions will help me to take a quick decision.
