We are in need of soft copy formats of all the labor welfare forms for submission to the labor office in Chennai. Please help us. If anyone has the formats of the below labor forms, please post them here. We need to fill in all the details and submit them within 7 working days; otherwise, it will be a big problem for us. Can anybody provide FORM C & K for filing an annual return to TN LWF? If you have it, kindly send it as I can't find it on the tn.gov.in website.

It is necessary to submit Forms P, Q, R, S, and T at the Chennai office if my head office is in Mumbai. Even though we operate everything from the Mumbai branch, the labor law officials in Chennai have requested that these forms be submitted at the Chennai branch within 7 days.
