How Can I Create Employment Documents After Leaving a Family-Owned Restaurant?

Hello Cit HR, I am Hemanth. I was working for a small restaurant. Since the restaurant was owned by my cousin, we did not have any formal paperwork regarding my employment or salary sheet. I recently quit the restaurant, and now I need to prepare all the documents so that I can show them at other places.
