How Many Employees Are Needed for Leave Entitlement Under the Shop & Establishment Act?

Hi All, kindly help me out with how many employees should be there in an organization to be entitled to leaves. The organization comes under the Shop & Establishment Act. Also, let me know how many leaves are there according to the Act.

You have taken Shops & Commercial establishments, in that you have given the total employee strength. When you get the license, then automatically the leave policy will be in force. Find the attached Leave Policy.
