How Can We Support Our Top Geomancer After His S-Pass Appeal Was Rejected?

Hi Senior, I am having a problem in my new company and need advice urgently. My company has a PRC (aged 63) who joined in the year 2008. He was a geomancer master (feng shui master) and does not have any certificates. He was a commission-based employee, and his annual income is around 120k. In the year 2010, his S-pass appeal was successful, but currently, his appeal was rejected. The management is very concerned about this as he is the top geomancer in the company. Is there any way to help him? Can we walk into MOM and talk to the officers? Please help....

Of course, you definitely need to approach MoM ASAP. Unless you know the reasons why his EP has been rejected, you can't decide what to do next and what options are available. Also, I think the Rules of EP have changed in Singapore recently. I suggest you first go through the website of MoM before meeting them in person.
