How Do I Get and Submit EPF Transfer Annexure K? Seeking Advice from the Community

Pravin Jose
One of my colleagues submitted the transfer form to the department, and he received a letter from EPFO stating that the forms need to be submitted along with EPF Annexure K. Please advise on how to obtain/send the EPF transfer Annexure K. Where can I obtain the same?

Thank you.

You have to submit Form 5A and Form 3A (Revised) for the current year. Both forms can be collected from your previous employer.

The document has been obtained from the PF office where your account exists. Please find the detailed form downloaded from the internet.

Thanks,

I think they are confusing you because Annexure K is EPFO's responsibility. I have also tried to transfer my previous PF amount to the current, but they said that they don't know about Annexure K. However, my transfer was successful when I met with a senior EPFO employee.

Kindly resubmit the duly filled Form 13 to your new employer, who, in turn, will send the same to the RPFC along with ANN, "K", etc., as per provisions under the Act.

What are the documents to be attached for PF transfer for unexempted and trustee?

---

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry about the documents required for PF transfer for unexempted and trustee cases. The following documents are typically needed for the transfer process:

1. Copy of the employee's PF account statement.
2. Form 13 (for transferring PF from the previous employer to the current one).
3. KYC documents such as Aadhar card, PAN card, and bank details.
4. Any other relevant forms specified by the PF authorities.

It's essential to ensure that all documents are accurately filled out and submitted to facilitate a smooth transfer process. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to ask.

Best regards,
