This PDF is not fulfilling the proper proofs regarding the notification.. Please any one can provide with proper Govt. notification regarding the revision of minimum wages w.e.f 01.10.2012"?

Dear Friends,
As per attachment, announcement has been done on Friday dated 05-Oct-12 by Labour Minister, Delhi Govt. and Notification may be issued in next week.
Notification will be shared as & when issued by Labour Department, Delhi Govt.
