Delhi Govt. Revised Minimum Wages W.e.f. Oct'12 - PDF Download

The Delhi government has announced a revision in the Minimum Wage Rates in Delhi, effective from 1st October 2012. The revised minimum wages are as follows:
- Unskilled: 7254
- Semi-Skilled: 8008
- Skilled: 8814
- Non-Matriculate: 8008
- Matriculate: 8814
- Graduate: 9594

This PDF does not contain the proper proofs regarding the notification. Can anyone provide me with the proper government notification regarding the revision of minimum wages effective from 01.10.2012?

Dear Friends,

As per the attachment, an announcement was made on Friday, dated 05-Oct-12 by the Labour Minister of the Delhi Government. A notification may be issued next week. The notification will be shared as and when it is issued by the Labour Department of the Delhi Government.
